In Canada, Company Profile address fields are read-only to support local telephony requirements, including N11 services (such as 911). Administrators can still review the saved address and can update the company time zone from the Company Profile page.
Requirements and notes
Before making changes to your Company Profile, review the following requirements and considerations.
- You must be logged in to the platform as an Administrator.
- Company address fields cannot be edited in the Canadian platform.
- If your organization has moved or the address shown is incorrect, contact the net2phone Canada team to request an address update (required for N11 services).
- If you change the company time zone, you may optionally apply the updated time zone to all Team Members.
Note: Available fields may vary slightly depending on your country or region.
⚠️ After updating your Company Time Zone
After updating your Company's Time Zone, the following effects may occur.
- Time zone changes take effect immediately once saved.
- Time zone changes can impact scheduling, call routing, and other time-based features.
- Team Member time zones are updated only if Apply Time Zone on all Team Members is selected.
Company address fields are managed by net2phone Canada and cannot be edited within the platform. To request an address update (including changes that affect emergency services), contact the net2phone Canada team.
Access Company Profile Settings
You can view your Company Profile and update your company time zone from the Settings portal.
- Log in to the net2phone desktop or browser app with Admin credentials.
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Company Settings from the left navigation menu.
You will be redirected to the Settings portal. - Select the Company Profile page from the right navigation menu.

Update Company Time Zone
On the Canadian platform, Office Address fields are displayed for reference but cannot be edited. Administrators can update the Time Zones setting.
- Open the left navigation menu and click Company (building icon).
- Select Company Profile at the bottom of the list.
- Review your company details (address fields may appear grayed out and read-only).
- In the Time Zones dropdown, select the correct time zone for your organization.
- (Optional) Select Apply Time Zone on all Team Members to synchronize the new time zone across the organization.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
