Edit your Company Profile

Admin users can learn where to access and how to update their Company Profile information, including their listed address, time zone.

Administrators can update their organization’s address and time zone information from the Company Profile page. Keeping this information accurate is essential for local telephony services, including emergency N11 services (such as 911).

Before You Begin

Before making changes to your Company Profile, review the following requirements and considerations.

  1. You must be logged in to the platform as an Administrator.
  2. If you are updating your company address, ensure any required local N11 services are also updated.
  3. If the new address is in a different time zone, you may apply the updated time zone to all team members.

Note: Available address fields may vary slightly depending on your country or region.

 

⚠️ After updating your Company Profile 

After updating your Company Profile, the following effects may occur.

  1. Address updates take effect immediately.
  2. Time zone changes impact scheduling, call routing, and other time-based features.
  3. Team member time zones are updated only if Apply Time Zone on all Team Members is selected.

If you are unsure how these changes affect call flows or emergency services, contact your local administrator or a member of the net2phone team before proceeding.

 

Access Company Profile Settings

You can update your Company Profile from the Sync Settings portal.

  1. Log in to the net2phone desktop or browser app with Admin credentials.
  2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Company Settings from the left navigation menu.
    You will be redirected to the Sync Settings portal.
  4. Select the Company Profile page from the right navigation menu.

Edit Your Company Profile

Follow the steps below to update your company’s address or time zone settings.

  1. Open the left navigation menu and click Company (building icon).
  2. Select Company Profile at the bottom of the list.
  3. Update your company details as needed, including:
    • Company name
    • Office address
    • City, province/state, and postal or ZIP code
    • Time zone
  4. (Optional) Enable Apply Time Zone on all Team Members to synchronize the new time zone across the organization.
  5. Click Save to apply your changes.
    Changes are applied immediately once saved.
