Your net2phone licenses determine which features and applications you can access, including calling tools, video meetings, and advanced call queue roles.

Before you Begin

Only licenses granted to your user or organization will appear in the net2phone Platform's profile section, and Settings portal's Admin Settings section.

  • All users can view their assigned licenses at any time from their Profile Settings.
  • Administrators can view all available licenses for your organization from the Admin Settings portal and assign or remove licenses as needed.

Only Administrators can assign, remove, or modify licenses.

View your assigned licenses (all users)

Users can check which licenses are assigned to their account from the browser app:

  1. Click your profile picture or initials in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Profile.
  3. Open the Licenses subtab from the left navigation.

Your assigned licenses will be listed.

If you are missing a license you believe you should have, contact your company Administrator.

Example: Profile Settings open to the Licenses tab with Huddle, RCon, Virtual Fax, Call Queue - Agent, Call Queue - Supervisor and Professional licenses included.

Manage company licenses

The Licenses page in the Settings portal displays each license type, the total number available, the number currently in use, and the number remaining.

Administrators can view and manage licenses from the Admin Settings portal:

  1. Click Settings from the main navigation.
  2. Select Licenses from the left menu.

From this page, you can assign or remove licenses for team members. If a user reports missing functionality, verify that the appropriate license is assigned to their account. Changes take effect immediately after assignment.

Example: Settings portal open to Licenses page in the Admin Settings section.
