A personal avatar helps colleagues quickly identify you during calls and in internal messaging.
Before you Begin
Your file upload must adhere to the following prerequisites:
- You must have a profile picture file saved on your computer.
- Uploads must be made from a computer in a png, jpg, or jpeg file format.
- The image should be a square ratio for the best display quality.
- File size cannot exceed 4M.
How to Upload a Personal Avatar
To upload a custom profile image to use as a personal avatar:
- Open your Profile Settings:
- Click your initials in the top right corner.
- Click your name from the sidebar menu to open the Profile Settings configuration pop-up.
You will immediately see your profile icon at the top of the first tab.
- Click the Edit link under your current profile icon.
- Upload your image file using the drag-and-drop or click-to-browse features.
- Once added, click Upload.
- Click the Save button at the bottom of the Profile Settings pop-up window
Success: Your profile icon will now display the image you uploaded instead of your initials.
