The net2phone Canada Sync mobile app helps you stay connected when you are away from your desk. You can use it to place and receive calls, check voicemail, send messages, view recent interactions, manage contacts, join meetings, and access personal settings from your mobile device.
Sync Mobile's key features
Depending on your permissions and service setup, you can use the mobile app to:
- Make and receive calls.
- Join or start Huddle meetings.
- Send and receive instant messages with internal contacts.
- Send SMS and MMS messages to Canadian phone numbers.
- View your call history.
- Access and manage your voicemail inbox.
- View all your recent interactions (messages, SMS, calls, Huddles) with internal and external contacts.
- Add new external contacts.
- Integrate all or selected device contacts.
- Update your profile and call forwarding settings.
Main sections of the mobile app
The bottom navigation bar gives you access to the main sections (tabs) of the mobile app.

Activity
Use the Activity tab to view a single feed of recent communication activity. The Activity landing-screen can include missed calls, voicemail activity, message conversations, and channel activity, helping you quickly review what needs your attention.
Select an item in the list to open the related conversation, call details, or voicemail record.

Calls
Use the Calls tab to review your recent call history, check missed calls, and access voicemails.

Interactions
Use the Interactions tab to view recent messages, SMS, and call history between yourself and a contact.
Contacts
Use the Contacts tab to search for coworkers, view contact details, and access company or device contacts.
Meetings
Use the Meetings tab to start or join Huddle video meetings from your mobile device.
Manage settings in the mobile app
Access personal settings, such as notification preferences, call handling options, and other profile-related settings.
