Profile Settings in the Mobile App

The Profile Settings menu allows you to manage your personal preferences and device behaviour in the net2phone mobile app. From here, you can adjust settings such as your time zone, call forwarding preferences, and caller ID, as well as access application tools and legal information.

Access your Profile Settings in the Mobile App 

To access to your profile settings in the Sync mobile app, click your profile icon in the top right corner.

What you can manage in profile settings

Your Profile Settings include personal settings, device controls, and application tools. Some options may vary depending on your permissions or company configuration.

General settings

The General section contains your core user preferences.

  • Time Zone – Set your preferred time zone for call logs, voicemail timestamps, and scheduling.
  • Call Forwarding – Redirect incoming calls to another number when you are unavailable. Learn how to configure call forwarding in the mobile app.
  • (Permission Based) Caller ID – Select the number that appears when you place outbound calls.

Device settings

Device settings control how the mobile app behaves on your phone.

Silent Mode Toggle – Temporarily disable incoming calls and notifications from the net2phone Sync app. 


The Legal section provides access to important application policies.

  • Privacy Policy – Review the net2phone Canada written statement to understand exactly what information net2phone organizes and collects. 
  • Terms of Service — Review the written statement outlining the rules, rights, and responsibilities of net2phone Canada's Sync app. 

Application tools

Additional application options are available in this section.

  • Integrations – View or configure connected services.
  • Debug Logs – Enable logging for troubleshooting purposes if requested by support.

Log out

Select Log Out to securely sign out of the mobile application.
