The Meetings tab in the mobile app allows you to start or join Huddle video meetings from one place. From this screen, you can launch a new meeting, join an existing meeting using a meeting ID, access recordings, and view scheduled meetings in the calendar.

Access the Meetings tab

Use the Meetings tab to open the Sync mobile app Huddle options.

1. Open the mobile app.
2. Select Meetings from the bottom navigation bar.

The Meetings screen displays options to start a new Huddle meeting, join an existing meeting by ID, access recordings, and view scheduled meetings in the calendar.

Start a Huddle meeting

Start a Huddle meeting from the Meetings tab to launch a video meeting immediately.

1. Open the Meetings tab.
2. Select Start Huddle.
3. In the Huddle pre-join lobby, check your camera and audio settings, then launch the meeting. 

A new Huddle meeting starts immediately. You can then invite participants by sharing the meeting link or meeting details.

Join a meeting by ID

Enter a meeting ID to join an existing Huddle meeting from the mobile app.

1. Open the Meetings tab.
2. Select Join with ID.
3. Enter the meeting ID provided by the meeting host.
4. Select Join.

The app opens the join screen so you can enter the meeting ID and connect to the meeting.

View recordings

Use the Recordings option in the Meetings tab to access available meeting recordings.

Recording availability depends on your account configuration and the meetings you have access to.

View scheduled meetings

The Meetings tab also includes a calendar area where scheduled meetings may appear.

Available meetings are displayed by date so you can quickly review upcoming meeting activity from the mobile app.
