Use Huddle meeting controls in the mobile app to manage your audio and video settings, view meeting details and participants, access chat and polls, share your screen, and use additional meeting tools during an active meeting.
Join a Huddle meeting
When you join a Huddle meeting from the mobile app, you may first see a pre-join screen where you can review your audio and camera settings before entering the meeting.
Select Join Now to enter the meeting.
Use meeting controls
The in-meeting toolbar provides quick access to your main meeting controls and additional meeting tools.
From left to right, the main toolbar includes End Call, Mute/Unmute, Video On/Off, Audio Options, Chat and Polls, and Additional Options.
The expanded Additional Options menu includes More Options, Tile View, Share Screen, Raise Hand, and Invite Participants. Depending on your account and meeting configuration, More Options may also include features such as net2phone AI, low-bandwidth mode, and recording options.
View meeting details and participants
During an active Huddle meeting, you can view meeting details and open the participant list from the meeting screen.
View meeting information
- Join or start a Huddle meeting.
- Select the Info icon.
The Huddle information panel displays the meeting link, passcode, dial-in number, and PIN that you can reference or share with others.
View participants
- Join or start a Huddle meeting.
- Select the Participants icon.
The participant list displays the people currently in the meeting and may also show participant status icons.

Use chat, polls, and reactions
Huddle meetings in the mobile app may include interactive meeting tools such as chat, polls, reactions, and Raise Hand.
Use these options to communicate during the meeting without interrupting the speaker.
Share your mobile screen in Huddle
Screen sharing allows other participants to view content from your mobile device during the meeting.
When you start screen sharing, your device may display a system broadcast prompt before screen sharing begins.
Screen sharing may display notifications
When you share your screen, anything visible on your device screen may be shown to meeting participants, including notifications.
Minimize the Huddle window
You can minimize the active Huddle window to continue using other areas of the mobile app while remaining in the meeting.
When minimized, the meeting remains accessible in a floating window on your screen.
