The Interactions tab displays your recent communication activity in the net2phone Canada Sync mobile app. Conversations are grouped by contact or phone number so you can review message history, continue existing conversations, and start new messages.
Access mobile messages
The Interactions tab displays your recent conversations and communication activity.
- Open the mobile app.
- Select Interactions from the bottom navigation bar.

Filter your interactions
At the top of the Interactions tab, you can filter conversations using three sections.
- All – Displays all recent interactions, including direct messages, SMS messages, channel conversations, and call activity.
- Direct – Displays one-to-one conversations with contacts. These conversations may include internal messages or SMS messages.
- Channels – Displays shared message channels used for team communication.

Open a conversation
The conversation thread will open, displaying the message history and recent interaction activity.
- Open the Interactions tab.
- Select a conversation from the list.
Send a new message
Send a new message to an internal team member, a saved external contact, or a new Canadian SMS number.
- Open the Interactions tab.
- Select the New Message icon.
- Search for a contact or enter a phone number.
- Type your message.
- Select the Send icon.
Attach files to a message
You can attach photos, videos, or files while composing a message.
- Open a conversation or start a new message.
- Select the Attachment icon.
- Choose one of the available options:
- Camera
- Choose from Gallery
- Choose from Files
- Select the file you want to attach.
- Send the message.
Allow media permissions
When attaching media for the first time, the mobile app may request permission to access your device storage or camera.
Select Continue to allow the required permissions so you can share photos, videos, and files from your device.
