The mobile app is designed as a fully functioning, intuitive communication platform.
Download the net2phone app
The net2phone mobile app requires access to certain iPhone permissions in order to make and receive calls, send messages, and access contacts.
Step 1: Download the net2phone App
- Open the App Store on your iPhone.
- Search for “net2phone” and select “net2phone, a complete business app.”
- Install the app, open it, and select Let's Get Started.

Step 2: Log in with your net2phone Canada credentials
Enter your net2phone Canada credentials and complete two-factor authentication (2FA) if required.
Step 3: Accept App Permissions
Accept the required permissions and allow access to:
- Device and app notifications
- Device and app microphone use
- All or selected Contacts
Success! You can now access your complete business communications from your mobile device.
