The Sync Mobile App carries your net2phone Canada business phone service beyond the desk, keeping you connected wherever your work takes you. From your mobile device, you can make and receive business calls, follow and reply to conversations in Messages and Inbox, check your Voicemail, join Huddle video meetings, and access the Sync features that keep your work moving.

Download the app for iOS or Android, sign in with your net2phone Canada credentials, and allow the required mobile permissions to get started.


Sync Mobile Key Features 

With the Sync Mobile App, you can access your business communications from your smartphone and use supported Sync features while working away from your desk.

  • Make and receive calls using your business phone service.
  • Access Sync contacts and Call History.
  • Listen to and manage your Voicemail Inbox.
  • Manage calling features such as Answering Rules, Call Forwarding, Simultaneous Ring, and Do Not Disturb.
  • Access supported messaging and collaboration features included with your Sync service.

Set up the Sync Mobile App

Connecting to the Sync Mobile app is easy. 

Step 1: Install the app

  1. Open the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device.
  2. Search for net2phone Canada Sync.
  3. Select and install the app on your device.
Example: Download the Sync Mobile App from the Apple App Store.

Step 2: Sign in to your Sync account

All Sync apps use the same login credentials. 

  1. Open the app and select Let's Get Started.
  2. Enter your net2phone Canada credentials, then complete two-factor authentication (2FA) if required.

Step 3: Allow mobile permissions

Allow the permissions required for the Sync Mobile App to support calling and other mobile features.

  • Notifications — Receive incoming calls and app notifications.
  • Microphone — Speak and be heard during calls.
  • Contacts — Access supported contacts from within the app.
