View your Call History and Call Details on the Mobile App

Learn how to easily access and manage your call history and details using the mobile app for enhanced communication control.

The Calls section of the mobile app displays your recent calls, including inbound, outbound, and missed calls. From this screen, you can review call activity, open contact details, or return a call.

View your call history

The Call History screen displays a list of your recent calls, making it easy to identify missed calls or review previous conversations.

  1. Open the mobile app.
  2. Select Calls from the bottom navigation menu.
  3. Review your recent call activity.

By default, the app opens your personal call history. You can quickly identify the direction of each call using inbound, outbound, and missed call icons and colour indicators.

Filter your list view 

Use the subtabs at the top of the screen to filter your call history:

  • All – Displays all inbound and outbound calls.
  • Missed – Displays only missed calls.
  • Voicemails – Displays voicemail records.

If you are an Admin user, you will also see a Company view that displays your organization’s call history; this view includes the same subtab options to refine the call log.

View contact details

Opening a call record provides additional details about the interaction and quick actions for follow-up with the caller.

  1. From the Calls screen, select a call entry.
  2. Review the available information, such as the caller's name or number, call time, and call duration.

From the call details screen, you can quickly return the call, send a message, or save the number as a contact.

Admin view: Company call history

Admin users may see an additional Company option in the Calls section. This toggle allows admins to switch between their personal call history (Mine) and the organization's call activity (Company).

Standard users only have access to their personal call history.
