Your voicemail inbox stores messages left by callers when you miss a call. From your Profile Settings, you can enable or disable voicemail, customize your greeting, and update your voicemail password.

Access Your Voicemail Inbox Settings

From the desktop or browser app, follow the steps below:

  1. Open your Profile Settings:
    1. Click your profile icon in the top right corner.
    2. Click your name under Profile Settings.
  2. Click the Voicemail subtab on the left side.
Example: Voicemail subtab within Profile Settings.

Enable and Disable Your Voicemail Inbox

At the top of the Voicemail window, you will see the Voicemail toggle and the description:

  1. To allow callers to leave you a voicemail, switch the Voicemail toggle to On.
  2. To prevent callers from leaving voicemails, switch the Voicemail toggle to Off.

When disabled, your callers won’t be able to leave you voicemails if you miss their calls.

Example: Voicemail Inbox toggle disabled.

Enable Voicemail-To-Email

If you choose, voicemail-to-email notifications can include the audio recording and a voice-to-text transcript.
