View Your Ring Group and Call Recording Status

Check your Ring Group and call recording status in the Call Options subtab within your Profile Settings.

The Call Options subtab allows you to view the status of your ring group and call recordings for your extension.

Access Your Call Options

Follow the steps below:

  1. Open your Profile Settings.
    1. Click your profile icon in the top right corner.
    2. Click your name under Profile Settings.
  2. Click the Call Options subtab on the left side.

Note: Only company administrators have permission to enable or disable call recording for their personal extension.

Your Ring Group Status

Check whether you are currently signed in to your assigned ring groups. If the interface displays Signed in to all ring groups, you will receive calls for every ring group to which you belong.

Example: Ring Group Status is 'Signed in to all ring groups." 

Call Recording

Regular users can check if call recording is enabled for their personal extension. When enabled, net2phone records all incoming and outgoing calls placed from your extension.

Example: Call Recording disabled.
