You may need your phone’s IP address to access the Web GUI, troubleshoot connectivity, or perform advanced configuration tasks.

Requirements and notes
- Ensure the device is powered on and connected to the network.
- If connected via Ethernet, confirm the cable is securely attached and WiFi is disabled.
- If connected via WiFi, confirm the phone is connected to the correct wireless network (SSID).
You can verify the IP address using one of the following methods.
Option 1: View from the device screen
Use this method if you have access to the phone display.
- Quickly press and release the OK button.
- Alternatively, press Menu, then select Status.
- Locate the IPv4 address in the General tab.

Option 2: Use an IP scanner
If you cannot access the phone screen, you can scan your local network to locate the device.
- Install a network scanning tool such as Advanced IP Scanner or Angry IP Scanner.
- Run a scan of your local network.
- Identify the Yealink device and note the listed IP address.
Yealink cordless devices
For Yealink cordless devices (W60B, W70B, W76P with W56H/W59R DECT handset), you can verify the IP address from a registered handset or by using a network scanner.
Option 1: From a registered handset
Use this method if you have access to a handset registered to the base station.
- Press OK.
- Select Status.
- Select Base.
- Locate the IPv4 address.

Option 2: Use an IP scanner
Alternatively, use a network scanning tool to locate the base station on your local network.
