The Yealink T85W is a professional IP desk phone supported by the net2phone Canada Sync platform for everyday business calling; it features a 5.5-inch colour display, dedicated calling controls, programmable keys, built-in wireless connectivity, and noise-cancellation technology for clear and efficient call handling.

  1. Power LED Indicator – Indicates call, message, and phone system status.
  2. Phone Screen – Displays call information, menus, line keys, soft-key options, and phone status.
  3. Line Keys – Select a line, monitor calls, or access assigned calling features.
  4. Soft Keys – Context-sensitive buttons aligned with the available options shown on the screen.
  5. Feature and Page Keys – Access voicemail, activate a connected headset, mute the microphone, or switch between additional programmable key pages.
  6. Dial Pad – Standard 12-key keypad for dialling and character input.
  7. Hold Key – Place an active call on hold or resume a held call.
  8. Transfer Key – Transfer an active call to another user or phone number.
  9. Redial Key – Access previously dialled numbers and redial a recent call.
  10. Speakerphone Key – Enable or disable hands-free speakerphone mode.
  11. Emergency Button – Provides quick access to a configured emergency calling function.
  12. Speaker – Provides ringtone and speakerphone audio.
  13. Navigation and OK Keys – Scroll through menus and options, and confirm selections.
  14. Volume Keys – Adjust ringtone, handset, headset, or speakerphone volume.

The Yealink EXP55 expansion module adds additional programmable keys for users who require expanded call monitoring, speed dial, or feature access.

Compatible wall mount

The Yealink T8X wall-mount bracket is compatible with the T85W and allows the desk phone to be mounted vertically on a wall.
