Your voicemail password is used when accessing voicemail from an external device. 

Access your Voicemail Inbox settings

From the Sync desktop or browser apps, follow the steps below:

1. Open your Profile Settings:
   1. Click your profile icon in the top right corner.
   2. Click your name under Profile Settings.
      
2. Click the Voicemail subtab on the left side.

Update your voicemail password

Follow these steps to change your voicemail password in Sync.

1. In Profile Settings, open the Voicemail tab.
2. At the bottom of the page, click Update Password.

3. Enter your new voicemail password. Your password must contain 4 to 10 numeric digits.
4. Click Reset to save your new password.
