Your Profile Settings host key configuration options, which allow you to manage your personal information in the net2phone system, including your name, login email, and time zone.
Verify your Personal Information
Keeping your user information accurate ensures your business communications operate effectively and helps callers find you in the Company Directory.
Click on the text or the down arrow to reveal detailed functionalities for each item.
Verify your Full Name
Ensure your full name appears correctly; this name is used for the Company Directory option. Company Directories allows callers to enter the first few characters of your first or last name to connect directly to you. The system will not allow you to delete your first and last name.

Verify your Email Address (Login Username)
The email address listed here is your net2phone login username, used for all licensed apps. You must ensure there are no additional spaces at the end of your email address, as the system will read your address as an error.
⚠️ Caution: Changing your email address will change your net2phone login.
Double-check your spelling. If you enter an invalid email, you will not be able to receive a "forgot password" email. Learn how to reset forgotten passwords.

Understand your Service Address
The address of your organization's main office, or the job site where you are physically located.
⚠️Warning: Never change your service address without consulting net2phone.
Do not change this information without contacting your IT admin, as this address is provided to emergency services should you ever call 911.

How to Update Your Time Zone
You can update your listed time zone from the first section of your Profile Settings menu. You can set your time zone for the location in which you reside, or for an area you want to appear to “work in.”
Updated Time Zone: Use Case
For example, if you work in Ottawa, Ontario, but your team is in Vancouver, British Columbia, you can set your time zone to Pacific Standard Time instead of Eastern Standard Time to align work hours and availability.
How to update your time zone:
- Navigate to your Profile Settings.
- Scroll down to the time zone section within the first tab.
- Select your time zone using the drop-down menu.
- Click the Save button at the bottom of the page before exiting your Profile Settings menu.
