If you’ve forgotten your password, don’t worry—you can reset it in just a few simple steps.
Requirements and notes
Prerequisites for updating a forgetten password:
- You must know the corporate email address associated with your net2phone account.
- You must have access to that email inbox to receive the reset link.
How to Reset Your Password
Follow the steps below to reset your forgotten password.
- In your web browser, open the net2phone login page.
- Enter your net2phone Canada username (email address).
- Click Next.
- Select the Forgot Password? link, in blue.
- Click Send a Link to receive a password reset email.
- Check your email inbox for a message from net2phone Canada.
If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. - Open the email and click Reset Password.
- Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters), and confirm.
- Click Save.
Success: Return to the login page and enter your new password.
