Connect your Google account to sync your calendar and contacts with the net2phone Sync Platform. Once connected, your Google meetings appear in the Sync apps, and your Google contacts are available when placing calls or sending messages.
Connect your Google account
Connect your Google Calendar and Contacts from the Sync browser app through your Profile Settings.
- Open your Profile Settings.
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner.
- Click your name under Profile Settings.
- Select Integrations from the left navigation menu.
- Click Add Google Account.
A Google sign-in window appears. - Select the Google account you want to connect, or sign in with your credentials.
- Review the requested permissions and click Continue.
- Check or uncheck the Hide contacts without a phone number option.
Success: Once approved, your Google account is linked to Sync.

After you integrate Google
After the integration is complete, your Google Calendar and Google Contacts become available in Sync.
Google Calendar
- Your upcoming Google Calendar meetings appear in the app.
- You can join meetings directly from the net2phone interface.
- Calendar visibility helps prevent overlap between calls and scheduled events.
Google Contacts
- Your Google contacts sync to your contacts list.
- You can call or message Google contacts directly from the dialer or messaging panel.
Manage your Google integration
Return to the Integrations page within your Profile settings at any time to review, remove, or reconnect your Google account.
- View your connected Google account.
- Remove your Google integration.
- Reconnect if permissions expire.
Troubleshoot your Google integration
Review the following items if your Google account does not connect or your synced information does not appear as expected.
- Ensure you are logged into the correct Google account.
- Check that you granted all requested permissions.
- Temporarily disable browser extensions, such as ad blockers or privacy tools.
- Confirm that your organization does not restrict Google Auth connections.
- Try reconnecting your Google account.
