If you know your Billing Portal username, you can reset your password directly from the login page. If you do not know your username, contact another authorized Billing Portal user who can send you a password reset email, or contact the net2phone Canada Billing Team.
Password requirements
Whether you are creating a password for the first time or resetting a forgotten password, the password requirements are the same:
- Contain at least 15 characters
- Contain more than 1 digit
- Contain a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters
Reset your password from the login page
Follow these steps to reset your Billing Portal password:
- Navigate to the Billing Portal login page.
- Select Forgot Password? under the password field.
- Enter your Username.
- Click Continue.
- Check the email associated with your username. The email will be sent from no-reply@net2phone.com and will contain a temporary password.
Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox. - Click the link provided in the email and enter your temporary password.
- Create a new secure password and enter it again to confirm.
- Click Login.
Success: You will be logged into the Billing Portal with your new password.
Having trouble logging in?
If you are experiencing issues logging into the Billing Portal, try these troubleshooting steps:
- Verify that you are entering the correct username.
- Ensure Caps Lock is not enabled.
- Ensure there are no extra spaces after your username or password.
- Check if your account was locked due to too many login attempts.
