Update Billing Portal Information

Learn how to update your billing information quickly and securely.

You can update your organization’s billing contact information and billing address from the Billing Portal Account Dashboard.


Update billing information

All Billing Portal users have permission to update billing contact information and billing address details.

  1. Log in to the net2phone Canada Billing Portal.
  2. From the Account Dashboard, navigate to the Billing Address section.
  3. Click Edit Profile
  4. Click Change next to the section you want to update. You can update your account's:
    1. Bill To name
    2. Billing address
    3. Billing email addresses (separate multiple email addresses with a comma)
    4. Time zone
  5. Click Save to confirm your changes, or click Cancel to discard changes.

Billing address and service address

The billing address does not need to match your Account Preference Service Address, which is used for taxes and regulatory purposes.

 

Time zone changes affect billing records

Changing the time zone will affect your organization’s transaction history timestamps, call times, and when invoices are posted.

 

Billing notifications

Billing Portal notifications can be enabled or disabled for each Billing Portal user.

Please refer to the Manage Users in the Billing Portal article for more information on user notification settings.

Billing Portal email notifications are sent for:

  • Accepted and declined payment notices
  • New invoices posted
  • Unpaid invoice reminders
