Billing Portal account dashboard
After logging in, you will land on the main Billing Portal page, called the Account Dashboard. From here, you can review billing activity, manage payment details, and access invoice history.
The Account Dashboard includes four main sections:
- Current Balance and Last Payment at the top of the page
- Automatic Payment Method in the middle-right area
- Billing Address in the middle section
- Transaction History at the bottom of the page
The example below shows an Account Dashboard with Auto Pay enabled, a recent refund, and three months of invoice, payment, credit, and refund history. Use the Transaction History filters to refine the data shown.

Current balance and last payment
The tiles at the top of the page provide a quick summary of your account’s balance, recent payment activity, and Auto Pay status.
Current balance
The Current Balance tile shows the total amount due and the due date. In the example below, the current balance is -210.69, which means the account has a credit balance that will be applied to future invoices.
Make a payment
Select Make a Payment to open the payment page. From there, you can pay with a saved payment method or enter a new one.

New payment method tip: Enable Use For Auto Pay
When you add a new payment method, select the Use For Auto Pay checkbox if you want that saved method to be used for automatic payments.

View aging
Select View Aging to open the Account Aging summary.

The Account Aging summary is divided into 30-day intervals to show what amounts remain outstanding, how long they have been overdue, and where follow-up or reconciliation may be needed.

Last payment
The Last Payment tile displays the most recent payment applied to your account, including the payment date, amount, and payment type.

Auto Pay status
The Auto Pay Status tile shows whether automatic payments are currently enabled on the account.

Automatic payment method
The Automatic Payment Method section shows the default payment method currently saved for automatic payments, including its expiration date. Use Change Card or Add New to update the payment details on file.

Billing address
The Billing Address section displays the account details currently on file. Select Edit Profile to update your billing details, time zone, or billing contact information.
