Administrators can view SIP credentials and provisioning details for individual team members from the net2phone Settings portal. These credentials are typically used for third-party devices, softphones, or advanced provisioning scenarios.
Available SIP information
When SIP information is revealed, you may see details such as:
- SIP username
- SIP password
- Proxy or server address
- Port and transport settings
Access a Team Member's SIP Credentials
As an Admin, from the net2phone browser or desktop app:
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner to reveal a sidebar menu.
- Click Company Settings to launch the net2phone Settings portal.
You will be redirected to the Settings portal, where the Team Members page opens by default. - Within the Team Members list, search or scroll to locate the team member.
- Click the Edit (pencil) icon in the rightmost column of the Team Members row.
Tip: You may need to scroll horizontally if your screen display is narrow.

- In the user's profile window, open the Devices tab.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Show SIP information.
