Enable Auto Pay to automatically pay your invoices using a saved payment method. You must be a net2phone Billing Portal user to enable Auto Pay for your account.
Make a one-time payment
For complete instructions on submitting a one-time payment, refer to Make a One-Time Payment in the Billing Portal.
Enable Auto Pay from the Account Dashboard
You can enable Auto Pay from the Account Dashboard in the net2phone Billing Portal.
- Log in to the net2phone Billing Portal.
- From the Account Dashboard, select either:
- Manage auto-payment in the Auto Pay tile, or
- Add New in the Automatic Payment Method section.

- Enter your payment method details.
- Review and update your billing address, if needed.
- Ensure the Use For Auto Pay checkbox is selected.
- Click Save.
Success: Your saved payment method will appear in the Automatic Payment section, where you can edit or remove it later.

⚠️ Outstanding balances are charged when Auto Pay is enabled
If your account has an outstanding balance, the full amount due will be charged when you save a payment method for Auto Pay. After that, future invoices will be paid automatically on their due date.
Enable Auto Pay while making a one-time payment
You can also enable Auto Pay while submitting a one-time payment in the Billing Portal.
- Log in to the net2phone Billing Portal.
- In the Current Balance tile, click Make a payment.
- Click Add New Payment Method.
- Enter your payment method details.
- Review and update your billing address, if needed.
- Select the Use For Auto Pay checkbox.
- Click Pay.
Success: After the payment is processed, you will return to the Account Dashboard, and your automatic payment method will be saved for future invoices.
Update or cancel automatic payments
To update or disable Auto Pay, return to the Auto Pay tile or the Automatic Payment Method section in the Billing Portal. Use the Edit icon to update a saved payment method or the Delete icon to remove it.
