  • Bill To: The address where invoices will be sent.
  • Ship To: The physical location where the services or devices will be delivered.

Additional proposal details within the quote

The right-hand section contains essential reference information about your quote. These values help track, validate, and confirm the terms of the agreement. Each field has a specific purpose. Review for accuracy before accepting the quote:

  • Date: The date the proposal was issued.
  • Contact: The name of the client or stakeholder receiving the quote.
  • Valid Until: The offer's expiration date. The quote must be accepted before this date to guarantee pricing and terms.
  • Term (in Months): The agreed duration of service. Typically, this is a 36-month (3-year) contract, unless otherwise specified.

The first table section displays any non-recurring setup or activation fees. Review for accuracy before accepting the quote:

  • Product: The description of the one-time item, such as activation.
  • Unit Price: The per-unit cost of the one-time item.
